Long-tailed finch
The long-tailed finch is worthy of its name with its long tapered tail. These finches are most at home in grassy bushland and pandanus savannas. They feed on insects, catching them in the air, and on grass seeds, both ripe and unripe.
While they sometimes group in large flocks, they will not build more than one nest to a tree. Both male and female birds contribute to incubating eggs and rearing young who are independent within around six weeks of hatching.

glasses slip cases
Our glasses cases have a sturdy canvas outer printed with our own designs. They are fully lined and feature a padded layer to provide protection for your glasses cases while taking up much less room in your bag than a hard carry case.
They fit most glasses, being 10cm across and around 20cm tall.
They're durable and washable and customers report the fun bright prints make them easy to find in your bag.
Handmade with love
Every fabric used in our glasses cases is designed by Boo at Susurrus Studio in Darwin River, located an hour south of Darwin in the hot tropics of Australia. Boo draws much of her inspiration from her bush environment, especially the birds and flora of the Top End and across Australia.
The fabrics are printed with care in Sydney. When they arrive, Boo steps away from the design table and leans into the sewing machine to hand craft each item.
