Geese in the 'hood

Magpie geese
The descent of the magpie geese into Darwin marks the beginning of the mango season and is a sign of the coming wet. While many people love to see the arrival of these flying squeaky toys, others are not so keen, with mango farmers probably at the top of the list. And while some people just love them for being their prehistoric-looking selves, others love to serve them up for Sunday lunch. With a mango for afters.

glasses slip cases
Our glasses cases have a sturdy canvas outer printed with our own designs. They are lined inside and feature a padded layer to provide protection for your glasses cases while taking up much less room in your bag than a hard carry case.
They fit most glasses, being 10cm across and around 20cm tall.
They're durable and washable and customers report the fun bright prints make them easy to find in your bag.
Handmade with love
Every fabric used in our glasses cases is designed by Boo at Susurrus Studio in Darwin River, located an hour south of Darwin in the hot tropics of Australia. Boo draws much of her inspiration from her bush environment, especially the birds and flora of the Top End and across Australia.
The fabrics are printed with care in Sydney. When they arrive, Boo steps away from the design table and leans into the sewing machine to hand craft each item.
